Originally founded in 1981 as Central Otago Pipelayers, our business has grown from strong drainage foundations into one of the region’s trusted civil construction providers, with stormwater and sewer infrastructure remaining a core part of what we do.
With Registered Drainlayers and staff qualified with the New Zealand Certificate in Pipeline Construction and Maintenance, Benchmark delivers dependable drainage solutions for local councils, developers and private clients. Our drainage team constructs drainage infrastructure with a focus on safe delivery, accurate installation and thorough testing. From new subdivisions and infrastructure upgrades through to complex renewals and service connections, we bring the experience, equipment and local knowledge needed to deliver high-quality drainage systems.
