In 2020, Benchmark Construction celebrated a major milestone with the opening of its purpose-built Alexandra headquarters – a reflection of the company’s continued growth, long-term vision, and commitment to the region. Having expanded from a small 70m² office to a team of more than 50 staff, the new facility was designed to support future growth while providing a modern base for operations across Central Otago and the Queenstown Lakes District. Today, it stands as a symbol of the strong foundations, talented people, and trusted reputation that have driven Benchmark Construction’s success for decades.
